Angela Gonzalez, D.D.S.
Dr. Angela Gonzalez is the founder of Artistic Smiles and a licensed Doctor of Dental Surgery. She has continued her education by attending the prestigious Pankey Institute and Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Gonzalez has more than 18 years of experience as a dentist with an emphasis on cosmetic dentistry. After sharing a practice with another dentist for 13 years in the Clear Lake area of Houston, Dr. Gonzalez launched her own practice and formed Artistic Smiles in 2007.
Artistic Smiles is a full-service dental practice that serves pre-teens and adults in a professional and friendly environment using the latest technology to serve patients’ needs. Most insurance policies are accepted and financing options are available for patients. Key features of the practice include state-of-the-art technology with the CEREC system for complete crown restoration in one hour; environmentally friendly offices located in a …LEED-certified green building; and advanced equipment, products and procedures. Some of Artistic Smiles’ key services and procedures include cosmetic and general dentistry, digital radiographs, implant crowns, smile touch ups and functional cosmetic reconstruction, nitrous oxide, crowns in one hour, laser whitening in one hour and home whitening, tooth colored-fillings and instruction on prevention gum disease.
Dr. Gonzalez is a graduate of Texas A&M University and the University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston. In 2008, Dr. Gonzalez was named America’s Top Dentist by Consumer Research Council of America. Dr. Gonzalez is certified in CPR and a member of the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry, American Dental Association, Texas Association of Women Dentists, Aesthetic Laser Association and the Greater Houston Dental Society.
Dr. Gonzalez and Artistic Smiles also are members of the Clear Lake Area Chamber of Commerce. She and Artistic Smiles are sponsors of the Lunar Rendezvous Festival 2009 and are also involved in the Clear Creek Education Foundation and other charitable events.
Dr. Gonzalez enjoys spending time with her three children and her dogs. She also enjoys outdoor sports, working out and playing the piano.
