It took a week and 3 messages to get a call back to see the dentist about a broken tooth. I have DHMO insurance, so she had to give me a referral for further work. In that time, an abscess developed and it took a week and another 3 messages with requests for a call back or antibiotics to get a text from the office that my prescription was ready. No one actually called back for that. After seeing the specialist and the infection not clearing up, I called back for another week straight asking for a refill on the antibiotics and never received it. I switched dentists after that. Broken tooth and all to start again. The only redeeming quality of this office is the staff is very nice if and when you do talk to anybody.

She goes from rude to ghetto in 10 seconds flat. No level of professionalism at all. She triple books, discusses personal affairs in front of patients, and doesn't apologize for the extra long wait times. She is a hot mess.

I will Never go to her again. She is so unprofessional...her and her staff. They cancelled a couple appointments the day of a few times before I actually went.

Dr. Gordon is awesome!! So blessed to have selected her as my dentist...actually she is our family dentist! She is an excellent choice!!

Every visit I had an hour wait to get in. One visit there was someone else taking her place while she went to a class. I wasn't notified of that until I came for my appointment.
