Answer phone calls or return messages, for a start. When your patient calls and reports that they are in so much pain that they can't sleep, and you either don't answer the phone or don't return the patients messages, then you aren't a care provider. Your lack of communication and overall concern for your patient who is suffering is not only lazy, uncaring, and unprofessional, but it's also the exact opposite of the claims you make on your website. You should be ashamed of yourselves. On his behalf, I will be posting similar negative reviews on every sounding board/web page/media outlet I can find in the hopes that someone from your office will see one of them and start doing their job. If not, I will not hesitate to contact local news stations to ask for assistance. It may seem dramatic and this isn't something I would normally do, but you've left me no choice. I refuse to watch my loved one suffer in unbearable pain while his "care provider" ignores his calls for help and refuses to… return his messages.
