We had a great experience at our kids’ pediatric orthopedic appointment. Everyone on the staff was so kind, welcoming, and friendly. While we waited, the kids enjoyed reading books, coloring, and even getting to pet and spend time with the office dog, Coco, which made the visit extra special. Dr. Jacob was wonderful—very friendly, patient, and had an excellent bedside manner. She made both my kids and me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. We truly appreciated the positive experience and would highly recommend this office!

A year ago i asked my primary care doctor about a foot doctor, she said Dr Jacob is excellent, took her info made an appt then cancelled for someone closer to home, 2 miles vs 12 miles away, this was a huge mistake on my part, the entire visit from start to finish was top notch! so glad i changed doctors, i had extreme burning in my right foot, today is the day after the appt the burning is gone. She's a life saver for those who experience foot pain. those who suffer with the pain know.. Very pleased!

I don't know how many reviews I've left but each appointment was better than the last! I called with an emergency and darling Katie got ahold of Dr. Jacob immediately. Even though Dr. Jacob was in between surgeries she still took time to address my swollen and infected ankles and legs. She is simply the best! Oh, and Angela dont forget to get that cute little toy for Cocoa that we were laughing hysterically about!

DR JACOB was EXCELLENT. SHE and her staff did a GREAT JOB. I Am very happy with her patients service.

Dr. Jacob and her staff are very approachable and easy to get answer from. One thing I have to comment on is they send too many reminders by text and email both. Once I confirm, I don't need more reminders of an appointment.

Dr.Jacob listen to all of my concerns and addressed all of them, one at a time. For the first time I felt heard and Dr.Jacob explained the plan of care to help me with my issues.

Dr. Jacob and her staff is very knowledgeable and completely thorough in their diagnosis and explanations. The results from my achilles surgery were phenomenal. Would highly recommend Dr. Jacob!

The office atmosphere is friendly, cheerful, and professional. It was my first visit and I was very pleased with the Dr. Jacob and her staff. Dr. Jacob is highly skilled and knowledgeable. She diagnosed and explained the problem efficiently. Her bedside manner is positively amazing .

This clinic is a well oiled machine: from scheduling to checkin, vitals/symptoms collection, and consult from Dr Jacob.. It's a professional and friendly clinic that focuses on outcomes.
