Dr. Jones exceeded my expectations for the relief of the pain in my hand & arm from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

I needed an Orthopedic Surgeon because I broke my arm. My Primary Care physician recommended Dr. Angela Jones. I could not have been more pleased. Dr. Jones takes the time to listen to your whole story; she answers all your questions, and she asks for your opinion. Dr. Jones makes you feel like a real person not just another name on a file. She is professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Dr. Jones demonstrates the qualities that you are looking for in an Orthopedic Surgeon. Rachel, Dr. Jones' Medical Assistant, is also very efficient.

I had the need to see a hand surgeon , after finding Dr Angela Jones on the internet and reading all the positive reviews, I decided to give her a try. Everything that was said about her was true and I would like to add that I was very impressed by her and her assistance's professionalism and how her office was ran in an organized manner. I loved that the worry of scheduling appointments for example an MRI, was taken away from me (the patient) , which was very anxiety relieving. All other instructions were thoroughly explained. I would highly recommend Dr Angela Jones.

Dr Angela Jones is an excellent doctor. She helped me on several occasions - broken elbow and wrist. As a doctor she tells you everything you need to know and comforts you. Dr. Jones has wonderful bedside manner and made me feel at ease. I was incredibly nervous about the procedure but everything she said and did made me feel 1000% comfortable that I made the right choice about my doctor! I highly recommend her.

I was referred to dr. Jones to evaluate possible nerve/tendon damage after having trauma. I called with a simple question; should I make an appointment to see the Dr. now or wait until I get my stitches out by my primary. I didn’t know what was preferred.. the telephone receptionist gave me such a hard time for such a simple question. It was very annoying and insulting. She asked questions like “where did I get my stitches done” and “what was the doctors name”. All so irrelevant. Finally after nearly 7 minutes of me explaining over and over again why I was calling, she finally said I should get the stitches out first. Whew! So painful. I don’t understand why this women was so angry.. I still want to see the Dr. because I heard she was good.. I hope I don’t have to interact with her.. if so I might find another Dr..

I found Dr. Angela Jones to be very helpful, friendly, professional and highly skilled. I underwent hand surgery with Dr. Jones and the entire process and surgical outcome was exactly what I was expecting and hoping for. I would highly recommend her.
