Dr. Angela Heather Marcucilli

First off, I would like to say that she was actually pretty nice, she never seemed overly thrilled to be seeing me, but she wasn't 'rude' with that being said. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone. I'm a 46 year old female, with a very strong family history of hear disease, I was started on high blood pressure medications, and was suppose to be followed by this office. However, when I started to have problems, and had questions that could have easy been answered via telephone, or my chart, I was told over and over again to go to the Emergency Room, so it's common practice now to tell patients, that call their primary care doctor with concerns about their HBP medication to go to the ER ? I'm a crazy to think that medication concerns are not a valid reason to be sent to the ER ? and let me add that yes, I do have commercial health insurance, so they do get paid for seeing me. So when my 55 year old sister had a stroke, and I again called my PCP office because my BP was high,… and I had significant anxiety, I was AGAIN told that they couldn't do anything and to go to the ER. I decided at that moment that I was going o look do a new provider. I called another office, was seen the next day, she changed my meds and you know what ? I feel better. Funny thing. The SECOND they received a records request from my new physician, they called me and cancelled my appointment. NO questions, no nothing. So if you want to be ignored and have a giant ER/Hospital bill to pay, this is the office for you
