Is always a very positive experience, I recommend this office every time someone asks where do I go for medical care. I choose to drive two hours to get my care here with them, that's how happy I am with this care team.

Extremely good experience with providers, office staff, including receptionists and others. Could not ask for better all around experience. Thankful I have the subject provider and staff in my life now and can/do depend on them.

Dr.Marshall-Olson demonstrates caring and is passionate about her job. Just like a few other doctors I know. Angela Marshall-Olson does have a fantastic sense of humor. She is quite talented and is accurate on her diagnosis. She works well with other doctors and has a good staff. They are a community clinic in the Portland. Just like a community clinic I go to in another state. If I lived in Portland, I would still be going to Dr. Angela Marshall-Olson. I want to thank her for all of your cooperation and dedication. I'm very proud of her commitment to patient development and satisfaction. Thank you for everything.

AMO is quite caring, though she stops listening after a while, in my opinion, but her staff suck. Historically, they have been slow to respond after numerous calls, can't seem to get the prescriptions called in on time, fail to contact people in the event AMO is out sick, and treat everyone who comes into the clinic as though we were dirty, drug-seeking AIDS-riddled patients who "got what was coming" to us. Definitely go see AMO if you have a cold, ear ache or other minor acute medical issue; do NOT see her if you have depression, long-term or chronic pain, or other chronic illnesses. And whatever you do, try not to interact with her staff if at all possible. She's on her third or fourth, or perhaps "moreth" assistant, but almost all of them have been worthless up until now. The new one may be better, but I'm STILL waiting for a phone call.

I've been going to good sam clinic for about 12-14 years, and of all the Dr.'s that I've had there,this one is the best of them all. She goes above and more on making sure I am taken care of. Does great follow up on the tests I have to take, and makes sure I understand exactly what is going on with me. I got 2-3 diffrent conditions and she stays on top of them all. I just can't say enough good things about her. I am sooo glad that she is my doctor.

Dr. Marshall-Olson is one of the most kind and caring physicians I have ever seen. She gives me the amount of time I need and is ALWAYS considerate of my current physical and emotional feelings. I would highly reccomend her to anyone needing Quality Care...which is difficult to find in this day and age.

Given my plethora of medical problems, I felt like I really dumped a lot on Dr. Marshall-Olson very early in her career, but she jumped in with a gusto. She spends as much time with me as I think I need, and is exceptionally good at explaining what she thinks is happening, what you can do about it together, what you can expect during the treatment process, and what outside avenues you might consider on your own. She doesn't disbelieve the "unbelievable," either; I have extra elbow muscles, which are rare but not uncommon, and I also process everything, including drugs, at a very rapid rate. Rather than treat me like a drug-seeker, as many would, she listened, watched how I performed on various meds, and reached back into what she'd been taught to come up with a treatment plan that takes ME into account. In short, I'll take my whole family to her.
