Under the leadership of Angela Marton, PMHNP-BC, Sigmon Psychiatric offers comprehensive, lifespan-wide diagnostic and treatment services for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. The practice addresses a broad spectrum of mental health conditions—including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, ADHD, major depressive disorder, bipolar I & II, PTSD, obsessive-compulsive disorder, eating disorders, substance-related disorders, insomnia, and more.

Angela Marton is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, evidence-based care. She earned her BSN from Arizona State University and her MSN from the University of Cincinnati, with extensive training in psychopharmacology. Her holistic, patient-centered approach emphasizes measurement-based medication management and personalized lifestyle and educational support. She collaborates closely with each patient to develop treatment plans aligned with individual goals …and values.

Medication Management & Measurement-Based Care:

• Systematic prescribing and adjustment of SSRIs, SNRIs, stimulants, mood stabilizers, and atypical antipsychotics

• Regular symptom and side-effect monitoring to optimize each patient’s pharmacological regimen

• Personalized lifestyle recommendations—sleep hygiene protocols, nutrition counseling, tailored exercise plans, and stress-reduction techniques

Team-Based, Wrap-Around Support:

What to Expect:

• Initial session: Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation (45–60 minutes), including a detailed review of symptoms, medical/family history, and life circumstances

• Collaborative discussion of assessment and treatment recommendations focused on pharmacological strategies and lifestyle modifications

• Follow-up medication management visits (20–30 minutes) to monitor progress and adjust dosing

• Ongoing progress assessments, treatment adjustments, and celebration of patient successes
