I would not recommend this nurse practitioner based on my experience. During my visit, I felt my concerns were dismissed and that I was not treated with the level of respect and professionalism patients deserve. The interaction left me uncomfortable and without confidence in the care being provided. I was also troubled by what appeared to be a discussion about my care with another nurse practitioner in a manner that did not feel respectful of my privacy. Patients should feel confident that their personal health information is handled with discretion and professionalism. Additionally, a close friend with scoliosis who was pregnant attempted to discuss pain management options ahead of labor. When she asked about receiving an epidural, she felt her question was dismissed and was told she would have to wait until she was giving birth rather than being able to prepare in advance. Thoughtful communication and proactive guidance are especially important for patients with existing medical… conditions. Compassion, respectful communication, and patient-centered care are essential in healthcare. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect those standards. I encourage others to seek providers who listen attentively, respect patient privacy, and support informed decision-making. While I am unsure where she is currently practicing, if you see her listed as your provider, I strongly encourage you to carefully consider your options and choose a clinician who makes you feel heard, respected, and supported.
