Horrible experience. Don’t bother.

I've been a patient of Dr. Moore for over 10 years. After seeing 3 different dermatologists in Dallas for the same skin issue Dr. Moore diagnosed and prescribed a treatment that worked. Of course, I think the drive is worth it to see a doctor I trust.

Dr. Moore has an amazing memory, never trusted a doctor so much. I have psoriatic arthritis. She is a specialist in skin Cancer, squamous cell carcinoma, melanoma, psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis and acne rosacea. Occasionally I've had to wait, because another patient has a more serious problem, so I bring the paper. I'm happy that if I'm there for something minor, she sees the more serious case first. I see her twice a month. I've been a patient over 16 years.

Dr.Moore is an excellent doctor,But she is usually overbooked. You will be called out of the waiting room close to your appointment time. And placed in one of those small rooms and wait for at least 30 minutes before she enters for a hot minute. I am usually exhausted by the time she enter the examining room.

Dr. Moore is very prompt with her appointments. It is seldom that you have to wait long in her office. She is excellent and gentle with her treatments. And above all, if there is a problem, she will pray with you.

I went to her for moles on my face, and dry skin, she explained what was happening, but recommended all these expensive products, not a people person, its like she doesn't see you. I would try to explain what's happening to my skin , she interrupts, and quickly gives diagnosis. , and then she is gone. I was billed for service she did not do, I called the office and told the reception to ask the doctor to call me. I never received a response , or another bill.

Very quick for a Dr.'s office. All personnel very friendly and professional.

Dr. Moore has cut her staff down significantly and as a result seems to be running around like a chicken with its head cut off. She barely spent thirty seconds with me, but managed to blame me for a scar she left me after a mole removal a few years back. I'm sure I would have followed instructions to reduce the appearance of a scar, but I really can't remember that well. She was certain she described the instructions to me, but she recommended a $750 treatment to remove it. Great. Thanks.

I love going to the office of Dr Moore, everybody there is Awesome and very helpful I go early in the morning and they take care of me right away that what I love about them, I am in and out... keep up the Good Job you guys are doing!! Thanks!!
