Dr. Angela Naseri

Angela Naseri, O.D., received her Doctor of Optometry from Pacific University in May 2024 and earned her Bachelor of Science from Portland State University in 2019. She's thrilled to be joining Selah Vision Clinic, where her passion for eye care and commitment to primary care will shine. Throughout her studies, Dr. Naseri focused on staying updated with the latest advancements in optometry, believing that continuous learning is key to providing the best care for her patients. She can't wait to bring her skills and dedication to the Yakima Valley community, ensuring that everyone receives the highest quality of care. As a new graduate, she's already made her mark with awards like the PCLI Endowed Scholarship for medical-oriented optometry practice in 2023 and the Oregon Optometric Physicians Association Legacy Award for leadership in 2024. Her special interests include primary care, ocular surface disease, and contact lenses. Dr. Naseri's fascination with the healthcare field started …when she began wearing glasses at the age of nine. Reflecting on her journey with vision correction, she developed a deep appreciation for the role of optometrists in helping people see the world more clearly, which inspired her to pursue this career path. What she loves most about being an optometrist is the chance to connect with her patients and provide comprehensive care that addresses not only their vision needs but also their overall well-being. When she's not at the clinic, you can find her hiking, traveling, trying out new restaurants and cafés, or spending quality time with family and friends.
