Dr. Angela N Nduaguba-Ezumba, DO

tl;dr: Mismanaged my case, bullied me for 10 minutes and charged me for it. Hostile, condescending, massively unprofessional, and incompetent. BEWARE. I went to her as a new patient, and for the second appointment there ended up being some confusion surrounding test results and scheduling. I called the office to try to clarify things, they said they would talk to the doctor about it, and I never got a response. So I proceeded to the next appointment in the most sensible way I could, having been given no additional instructions or clarification. As soon as she saw me, she regarded me with a cold, nasty expression on her face. When we sat down, she started bombarding me with all kinds of accusations. She insinuated that I hadn't gotten a blood test (which I had, and it was sent to the office), and she claimed that she hadn't received any updates on my case (which she had, because I had called, and it looked like she even had notes about that in front of her), and she was annoyed that… I hadn't gotten my psychological testing redone with their psychologist even though I already had all the information she asked for in a report from my own psychologist. Aside from that, she criticized me regarding several minor administrative details, which I had no way of knowing her preferences about without being told. After about 10 minutes of this, she said, "I don't know what you want me to do", and sat there waiting for me to leave. The biggest issue was that I was going to move out of state soon. I asked her why she said she could help me during the first appointment even though I already told her I'd be moving at the end of summer, and she said it was just really "unclear," which makes no sense. Throughout this "appointment", she contradicted herself a number of times and said things that were nonsensical and false, and it was obvious that she was confused and had no clue what was going on in my case due to her own negligence. She had mismanaged my case and tried to deflect all the blame onto me with a slew of absurd, frantic accusations. And she still took my money. She has major issues and seems unfit to work in mental health. I'm writing this because I don't want anyone in need of mental health care to deal with this. It's just wrong.

I met this Dr as recently based on a referral by the SSA (Disability). She was not very cordial and exhibited a rude disposition toward me. I came there in pain and was to be examined for my conditions reported to her by the SSA. The Dr presented an attitude that I was being dishonest in providing answers to the questions she asked. I realize she must perform certain tests (arm stretching to determine ability to move/rotate the arm, when I informed her she was hurting me she did not believe her actions were causing any hurt/pain) In effort to minimize this comment, in short I have requested the SSA Disability to investigate this Dr regarding her actions during my visit; and also to have another examination by a different doctor.

Seriously, what kind of doctor won't treat you because the stupid lab company didn't send over the lab rrsults. Terrible.
