I didnt like my experience here at all, my worst experience at a doctor's office. I receved inconsistent information from intake specialist and what would be done at next appointment. My visit with Dr. O had a 3 hour wait time, with no consideration or apology. This office doesn't consider how major delays affects their patients and outside responsibilities. Time management and professionalism from Dr. O is a huge problem. With the long wait you may have a 10 minute conversation. She appeared to be rude and inconsiderate. I was made aware of how valuable her time is and how she gets paid regardless.

I would give no stars if possible. I was seen for my anxiety and this experience actually provoked a panic attack. The nurse was more emotionally invested than the doctor ever was and I spent 45 mins with her helping me fill out the paperwork. I then saw the doctor for less than 10 minutes in which she only asked the Nurse for essentially cliff notes regarding me instead of asking me directly. The doctor informed she doesnâ??t â??do therapyâ?? despite the fact that is what she has written on her own website and that is the precise reason I chose her. I have extreme social anxiety which was well documented and relayed to the Doctor by the nurse. I am used to calm, professional one-on-one sessions with a doctor and if an assistant is involved it is quick and no private issues are discussed in their company. With this session, the doctor and the nurse and some other female on a laptop were present. The doctor didnâ??t bother to introduce the laptop female and did not introduce… herself either, but she gawked at me every time a personal question was asked. It was unnerving, and unprofessional. I felt awkwardly exposed to strangers and it was nothing but an anxiety inducing experience. Expect all your issues to be everyoneâ??s information as she let anyone/everyone come in during our private (although brief) session. The doctor let people intrude while she asked questions about intimate issues like sexual abuse and suicidal tendencies. She settled on prescribed the same medicine I had taken before (8years ago) but had stopped taking because the side effects were depression and suicidal thoughts. Her answer for reissuing the same medication was that I â??didnâ??t take a high enough dosageâ??. I informed her that I maxed out the doses of each type of SSRI have previously been prescribed (it was documented I had tried 12 different ones) but she would not listen. For my anxiety, the main reason I was even there, she literally wrote down that I should â??use a rubber band to keep anxiety in checkâ??. I do not understand what she does if she doesnâ??t do therapy, she claims on her website to do therapy for a multitude of issues, yet she treats none. All she seems to be doing is attempting to be a middle man between therapy and medication - which a psychiatrist can do both! Save yourself the headache (and in my case an anxiety attack) and see a real professional who will take the time to create a therapeutic atmosphere to connect with you and prescribe appropriate medication.

Horrible doctor. Spends a minute and a half with patients while interns do the bulk of the work. Doesn't listen, poor knowledge of medicine, would NOT recommend

Prepare to wait up to 1.5-2 hours! The office triple books (the staff told me themselves). You never know if she's having a good day or a bad day. On a good day she's full of praises of your progress. On a bad day she becomes verbally aggressive, with unreasonable expectations and anger (without explanations). Talk about running hot and cold! She treats her staff horribly too - the turnover is crazy. Every time I would come in there would be new people.
