Dr.Ortega is absolutely amazing. She is the best example of what you dream of in ANY health care professional. Not only her vivacious personality, but she also is brilliant and thorough with her patients. Hard to find doctors that possess all these qualities and more in one individual. Thank you Dr. Ortega for allowing me to be part of your practice. You along with my other Specialist, will ease my mind that everything possible will be done to assure my health to become as good as my body allows. ??

My husband and I both see Dr. Angela. She is the most caring and conscientious doctor I have ever had. I’m so glad I found her.

Dr. Ortega-Bermudez is a wonderful doctor. She always makes the time to "hear" her patients. She has been my doctor for years and I recommend her to my family and friends.

Tried to "walk in" to see my primary care provider due to cough and cold preventing me from using my CPAP. I was told she never sees walk ins and to go to urgent care. Deeply disappointed, appears that she has more patients than she can handle. I have been a "patient" for over a year and have never seen her, always saw a nurse. I must admit I went to her because she was highly rated by a friend.

There are so many things about Dr. Ortega-Bermudez to talk about. Her level of caring is probably the best I have seen in my lifetime. She genuinely cares, you are not just another patient. She is always smiling and happy and so are the office staff because they love being around her. She really feels your pain. Example, I was out of town and wasn't feeling well, she actually called me to tell me to get to the hospital. I don't think I have ever had a personal phone call from a doctor and I am a senior, so I have seen many, many doctors. She is the best.

Dr Ortega is by far the nicest, most caring doctors I’ve ever met. From my first appointment almost 3 years ago she has been nothing but caring and helpful. When she first introduced herself I felt like I’ve known her forever. Her bedside manner is astonishing and she really took the time to listen and understand what I’m going through. She is so smart and always has med students in her office. I can’t say enough nice things about her or her office staff. She’s a kickass dr and extraordinary human being. She’s the kind of doctor I aspire to be.

Best primary doctor I'very ever been to. Not only is she kind and compassionate , but she knows exactly what tests to run and how to diagnose.

Appts are easy most of the time. Mostl of the Time everything goes smoothly. When I need approvals or referrals, authorizations or a n appointment there is usually difficulty or it's a very long wait to get these things done. ThIs last time I really needed prescriptions I waited three or more days for an answer. I then asked can I come to the office to get written prescriptions and I can walk them down and get them refilled so I have them, and they said no you can't do it that way that's a problem
