Long time patient of dr. Puetz who retired, I was recommended Dr kaprowski. Tried to get appointment with Dr.kaprowski for past 2 years but wasn’t able to because they are that busy. They advised me to see Angie instead because he was booked out for another 8 to 12 months. I show up to the appointment 3 minutes late with Angie. Receptionist asks me questions which took 5 minutes. After checking in and being seated I am told she will ask Angie if I can be seen because she has a “strict” 5 minute rule. I told the receptionist that I have been trying to see them for 2 years after Dr. puetz retired and I drove 45 minutes to see her. She comes back and tells me I will not be seen. Getting denied patient care when you have been trying to see your doctor for 2 years because you showed up 3 minutes late while they ask you questions for 5 minutes which took me over her “5 minutes late strict policy” rule is absolutely ridiculous. Even after her being told that I drove 45 minutes and was only 3… minutes late and that I’ve been trying to get an appointment for years and still getting denied care for a chronic condition you would think they have some level of “care”.
