Had excruciating pain on right side of mouth did not have a dentist. Went to dr Schmoyer took X-rays found I needed tooth extraction and had a cavity also she took care of my problem she is amazing And very gentle best dental visit in 67 years

Dr. Angela Schmoyer is the best! I was always very nervous at the dentist not any more! I have a wonderful smile thanks to her. Staff is professional And friendly, never have to sit in the waiting room, beautiful office 5 stars

I went to Dr Schmoyer a few years back and really liked her a few weeks ago my front tooth broke and I called for an appointment. When I asked for an appointment the girl on the phone said to me " it looks like you only come here when u have problem" excuse me but isn't that what I am supposed to do?? Her response was we can't see you for at least a month and we will have to start all over as if u are a new patient. I think she was very unprofessional and I don't believe the Dr would have responded that way. I am very disappointed that I could not continue with the Dr since as I said before I really liked her A few of the people I recommended her to have decided to go elsewhere also .

I thought her work was pretty good and detailed until I and my son had cavities filled on the same day. When I got the insurance EOB combined & my sons bill was $17.00 but mine was $256!! I called insurance and they informed me that she used a filling that is not covered on the back teeth. They told me they cover this filling on the front teeth and providers get paid $87 for the filling. When I called her office her staff members only explanation was "well you paid for this last year" I responded well I didn't catch it last year. This year I did, why didn't you tell me this. I filling is a filling, I don't pay insurance and go to a participating provider for you to use a filling that isn't covered, not get pre-authorization from me, and bill me full price like I didn't have any insurance! I paid what the insurance would cover but she demanded full payment and refused to talk to us directly about this. I refused to pay any more and took my entire family elsewhere. Avoid at… all costs unless you want her to pull an insurance quickie on you too!
