Dr. Shimoda is an incredible Doctor, I'm lucky to have her.

Dr. Shimoda is the best Dr. I've ever had

Somewhat dismissive of sleep problems and depression meds not being all that great. Good explaiof what we could and couldn't talk about at a wellness appt in order to not get charged a copay.

I tried 3 times 1 1/2 weeks before my appointment to get orders for a blood draw, so she could have the results in front of her. These requests were not carried out. Her excuse was they were busy. On examining me she listened to my heart and lungs. She did not check my ears nose and throat or reflexes, which I am accustomed to. She went into depth about the pros and cons on statin medications. She did not ask me about how I was doing from my passed problems of knee and foot pain, so I just told her. She never inquired about my problems I had with my eye. I saw 2 different doctors at your clinic before going to a specialist.

Dr Angela is great at listening to the patients.

She presented average care and met the basic needs, but she did not seem empathetic at all or very interested in truly making me feel heard.

Felt very comfortable and confident of her explanation of what we are doing with my healthcare
