Excellent service and very professional employees??

I have been a patient of Dr. Simpsons’s for many years now and always have a great experience. From Christine at the front desk to Pamela and Mary in the dental chair to consultation and care with Dr. Simpson, I always feel welcome and that my comfort and needs matter. The office is beautiful and peaceful and the dental care is excellent.

Dr. Simpson and her entire staff are amazing. We talk about personal life, work life, and teeth, all in the same visit! I’ve got not so healthy teeth that causes me to frequent the dentist more than others, and am also undergoing Invisalign. I’ve tried other dentists and won’t be leaving Dr Simpson!

What an incredible dental office. From the moment I walked in I felt like a valued patient who's been coming into the practice for years. The office is super modern and I've never been to a dentist that has such great technology. Dr. Simpson is absolutely wonderful. She genuinely cares about her clients. As a new patient, I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. I'm so looking forward to my next visit.

Nothing memorable except the initial charges for elective work and then the re-do charges which left me in need of further corrections from the re-do. Moved on to another DDS earlier this year!

From the moment I walked into the office, I felt at ease. I was greeted by my first name with a smile and from there it continued to get even better. All the staff are extremely caring and put my comfort first, know that I have dental anxiety. My cleaning was gentle yet thorough. I will be telling my friends and family about Dr. Simpson and her amazing practice.

This was a horrible experience from beginning to end. The services that I needed (and reasons behind them) were not clearly communicated to me, and I was also overcharged. They were not going to proactively let me know this - I discovered it myself several months later. Staff was unresponsive to requests regarding these concerns. Staff also seems extremely unexperienced and left me with no confidence that anything they'd done service-wise was in my benefit at all. I will not be returning to this office. To be honest, opening the phone book to Dentists and closing my eyes and pointing to a Dr.'s name will leave me steps ahead of where I am now with my dental care!
