Angie is a certified personal trainer, strength coach and sports nutrition expert. Her passion and personal experiences led her to a career where she could apply her skill and knowledge to help others achieve their fitness goals. As an accomplished endurance athlete, Angie began this journey in her teens with softball and swimming, then in college, she discovered a love for running, cycling and hiking in the Oregon mountains. Some of Angie’s major accomplishments include competing in 15 half Ironman and 14 full Ironman events, including the prestigious World Championship in Kona. When away from work, Angie enjoys quality moments with her family, engaging workouts with friends and playing with her miniature schnauzers.
