Well I will just say check Google reviews because all of these are very old. Everything in the reviews are true about waiting years to send you a statement and charging your credit card without permission. Especially when her office can’t bill insurance within 6 months. Read the reviews. Don’t do it!

Good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone. Receptionist is rude, and has a bad attitude. Dr. Sommerset is not truly concern about her patients. Any wrong, she will place the blame on you.

I have tried for several weeks to just verify when my yearly physical is, I get charged an additional $50 a month if this is not completed. All I continue to get is a voicemail and no response. Terrible service! If your in need of a doctor that answers the phone- don't go here.

LORD FORBID YOU NEED A PRESCRIPTION REFILLED. OFFICE DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN CALLS FOR MESSAGE LEFT!!

Easy to talk with and very frank with answers and advice!

WILL NOT SAY GOOD MORNING IF YOU PAID HER, SHE LEAVES THE GLASS CLOSED WHEN YOU WALK UP TO THE GLASS AND WILL NOT LOOK UP, EVEN WHEN SHE SEES YOU THERE!

Absolute worst. Never returns calls from patients, does not use a physicians exchange for patient emergencies, and basically say "go to the emergency room" if something happens on one of the 5 days she is not there. My wife had tests run 7 days ago, was told results would be available in 24-48 hours, and yet we are still waiting. Go to someone who cares.

Dr. Somerset is a great doctor. She cares about her patients and she takes time with you.

Only has office hours 3 1/2 days a week. Hardly has time for a patient and will hear only one reason for an appointment.
