Dr. Angelina Ibiwari Ayoola, MD

Dr. Angelia Ayoola is an excellent, competent Doctor who has 37 years of service. She is informed and always ready to give you as much time as need. I've been with her for the last 5 years and I love her and her staff. Ms. Ellen

Patient for many years..staff does not call you in timely manner with results of tests..when you call about it, they say tests not back but find out later have had test results for about 5 days..happened numerous times over the years. If you leave a message on referral line, nurses never call you back..you have to end up calling appointment line to give nurses a message..if lucky you may get a return call. Ususally have to wait at least an hour to see the doctor but somewhat of an improvement as was 2 hours every time you had an appointment. I like the PA very well, in fact prefer seeing her. Have decided after last incident concerning my tests results will change doctors.

2+ hour wait for scheduled appointments (this has happened at every single appointment), overcharged by 50% for medical records even when shown TX Admin Code 165.2, improperly codes visits which will leave you out of pocket nearly 1K for a yearly exam that is covered by your insurance, when her mistakes are brought to her attention she says she will fix the code to placate you and will then ignore your faxed, telephoned, and in person messages. She will only respond when sent certified mail.

Me and my husband have been with Dr Ayoola for over 10 years but unfortunately we will be leaving due to awful wait time and incompetent staff. She is an excellent Dr. But horrible staff that never calls back with blood results

I willl not be using the services of Dr. Ayoola ever again. The wait time is beyond acceptable. One should not have to wait over and hour to be seen by the doctor. I have had to wait three times well over an hout and a half after my scheduled appointment time while I was fasting for blood work. The "billing department" is a joke. They do not send bills, you do not have an account number for paying your balance or to reference when inquring about charges. This office considers the EOB (explaination of benefits) from your insurance provider a billing notification.

DR. Aayoola is the best. I work in Clear Lake but for the past 9 years have stayed with Dr. Aayoola because she is the best. She considers your care; she is not quick to give you any medication to get you out. She takes time to understand what's wrong and properly treat you. She LISTENS to you. I am saddened to say I am leaving Dr. Aayoolas care because her office staff is unresponsive to your needs. Her schedules are tripled and quatripled booked and they are slow to respond with referrals.If she could somehow solve those issues, her office would be the best.

I have co-workers that rave about the doctors service. She is quite thorough although she is always so over booked that she can not give her patients the attention that they need. I went to her on Nov. 4th, 2010 to be tested for diabetes as I explained to her staff at setting the appointment. My appt was for 11:15am I was there before time, the staff placed me in a room immediately after doing my paperwork. The doctor did not come into the room until 12:51pm. I stress to her that I have another appt for 2 oclock and did not anticipate that it would take this long. After patiently waiting over 1 1/2 hours she tells me that they can only test accurately when I'm fasting and that I would need to come back. I advised her that i would love to as long as it doesnt take another 2 hrs and that her staff could have advised me of this prior to booking the appt. The very next morning I went in to be tested, the tech advised me that they should have my result in within the next couple of days. By… the 11th I had not heard from the doctors office so I called. The rudest nurse that I have ever spoke with called me back and advised that they have not recieved the results back & was due to the vitamin D test...I advised her that I have a compound vitamin D prescription and there was not need to test for that and it still does not take that long. At this point she became ruder, said that they will call me on tomorrow when they recieve my results. It is now Tuesday the 16th and i still have not heard a word fro this doctor's office...I called once again, I advised that I am still awaiting a phone call on my results and that I would truly appreciate a call back on this matter, she asked if all i needed was the results, i advised her that if they doctor can not handle the call back and details of what is going on please give me my records and I will find another doctor. This doctor & her staff will be the cause of someones death for their blantant negligence. i just pray that it will not be me.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS AWFUL, JUST AWFUL

Dr. Ayoola has been a true blessing to my entire family, I recommend her to all those who are in need of a doctor and those how already have one. She is one in a million.
