This women's report was biased and written terribly. Run as fast as you can in the other direction. DO NOT USE HER!

Angie Cordova was appointed the PRE on our case in 2014. As the concerned mother of a 22-month-old girl, I had very reasonable concerns about suspected abuse in our home. Angie completely dismissed my concerns and made recommendations to the court about a 50/50 parenting plan. In her report, she used my mental illness against me and never fully investigated the case. Due to her recommendation, I had no choice but to mediate with my daughter’s father and lost most medical decision-making rights of our child. Fast forward in time, our daughter is now 10 and desperately needs intensive outpatient therapy for the abuse she has suffered. Her father refuses to sign consent for this. Since I don’t have the majority of medical decision making rights, I am unable to get her the help that she needs because of the laws in Colorado and Angie’s recommendations. In addition to this, Angie communicated ex parte with my ex- husband’s attorney, which was later discovered. She is unknowledgeable,… unprofessional and cannot be trusted.

• The cherry on top was her testimony, I won’t speak to it as I’ll let the words of the magistrate speak to her performance. "I have very real concerns about the CFI report, and I'm going to share some of those concerns with you. I do find that this CFI report was biased. I find this CFI report did very little to investigate Father's concerns; was not at all objective in terms of the degree to which both sides of this case were investigated. And that gives me great concern. When I reviewed the report, I was rather surprised --and there was some issue made of this. There were literally pages of issues that Mother addressed with the CFI that were included in this report. And as far as Father's concerns were addressed, there were five bullet points. I have very real concern about that. And I think one could reasonably conclude some bias here. Despite the psychological evaluations that occurred, despite the fact that we heard from the psychologist who did the testing for… Respondent, that really Respondent's testing was within the normal range. Still, despite that information, there still appears to be this uncertainty about Father. And I'm not persuaded by it. I kept looking for what was there." I apologize for the lengthy review but I want to make sure no other family has to deal with this individual and the compounding effects to an already stressful situation.

Angelina Cordova facilitated in the physical and sexual abuse of my infant. She fabricated multiple statements from officials and is now under investigation. If you care about the mental and physical health of yourself and and your loved ones than run! She should lose all licenses, hopefully she will. I am in the midst of locating her insurance to sue them but I am also going to file a suit against her directly.
