Dr. Angelina Han Culin, MD

I’ve had Dr. Colin during both my pregnancies. Once as my primary for my first and then she delivered my second. For my first, I would say her more straight forward approach may not be appealing but I appreciated her bluntness. She’s very knowledgeable. As far my delivery, she was incredible. She’s very calm and steadfast and she made me feel very secure. My first delivery I was with on call doctors who kept yelling directions at me and seemed annoyed. Being able to be with her for my second was soooo much better. I went natural both times and so this second time, having someone as calm and caring as her was all the difference. She made me feel like I could trust my body and kept me informed the entire way. If we have another I really hope she delivers me again.

My previous visit many years ago with Dr. Culin was great. She was very caring and explained things well. My recent visit last week was just the opposite. I was told I don't need to be seen until next year. I would have known that if my phone calls had been returned. Very embarrassing and disappointing.

She called to check in on me while I was going through some scary testing and provided me with words of advice and support. She has always given her undivided attention during my yearly visits and provided outstanding care. Highly recommended.

As a retired health care professional, I have “lived through” several Gyn MDs. Dr. Culin is at the top of my list. Dr. Culin is professional, thorough and above all SMART. It is so reassuring to see someone of her caliber in the practice of medicine.

Dr Culin is an outstanding doctor and very nice person. I knew she would be amazing when I was pregnant with daughter. Everywhere I went for tests and in the hospital giving birth, the nursing staff raved about her. Always a good sign! Over the last 9 years, I have seen her many times and find her care excellent!

For my first appointment I waited quite a long time and when I did see the doctor she was clearly in a hurry to get through the appointment. I found her to be somewhat brusque and not at all friendly or particularly open to discussing concerns I might have.

I see another Dr in the practice, but I had the pleasure of getting to know Dr. Culin while I was on hospital bed rest. She was fantastic. She made me feel comfortable and put me at ease during a scary time. She calmed me and offered solutions when I realized I would miss my first son's birthday. "Just move it," she says. Brilliant. Dr. Culin is sweet and caring. She cares about her patients and it shows.
