Dr. Angelo Julian Accomando, MD

By our own mistake we inadvertently missed our appt. We called and apologized profusely for our mistake. Manager refused to accept our apology and book another appt. I can’t believe that if Dr. Accomando knew she was doing this that he would agree. I guess it’s a Blessing in disguise as we really wouldn’t want to be part of an office w such a lack of understanding. Human beings do make mistakes.

I have read a lot of the reviews and most of them, the problem was with the front desk. Well the front desk isn't my doctor. I can assure you that once Dr. A found out there was a problem, those people are long gone. He has been my doctor for over 20 years. During that time I was diagnosed with MS, I went thru a period of depression, had a problem with having my blood drawn and anything to do with needles in general. Yes I was a head case. We joke about it now. With his help I have I have kicked MS in the butt where I waik everyday, overcome my needle fear to the point of donating blood now. And the depression, that is long gone. He has kept me healthy and I think he is great.

front staff unprofessional and they charge outrageous charges for all kind of stupid things. they never call to confirm appointment. I waited 45 mins past my apt time only to be seen for 5 mins and rushed out. not happy will be finding another doctor asap

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS OFFICE WITH THE PA NAMED COURTNEY AND EVERYONE I MET AT THE FRONT DESK. THE PA WAS RUDE AND IN-COMPASSIONATE. MY INITIAL EXAM COST OVER $200 AND WAS ONLY A DISCUSSION. WHEN I DID NOT RESCHEDULE AND FOUND A DIFFERENT OFFICE THEY CHARGED ME .65 CENTS PER PAGE TO PRINT OUT MY RECORDS TOTALING $6.65. I THOUGHT THIS WAS VERY TACKY AND THE RECEPTIONIST WAS RUDE.

Never had a problem till I actually got sick. Not once have met the man... passed him in the hall once. His PAs are un sympathetic. One in general, made a bogus diagnosis without even doing a test (blood or anything) and when she ask how I new what some of my past problems were, I told her to look at my medical records (which she didn't and this being the first time she saw me you think she would have checked my background )you have them on your laptop screen in front of you. They never return calls in a timely manner. Unless they are in their cars driving home for the day and then tell you it will have to wait till they get back to the office in the am. What ever happened to patient care?? I think they just lost me as a returning "customer". And I have been going there for years.

Offic personalle were using profanity while talking about another patient... my relative. The doctor seemd distracted and not very helpful.

DR Accomando has been my DR for over 9 years, he's wonderful.

Dr. A always has time to chat about health problems. I've been a patient for nearly 10 years and would highly recommend him.
