Dr. Angelo Argento, MD

I've come in with issues, and he has literally told me to Google things to help with it. Like, I truly thought that's why I paid to see you? Sincerely couldn't care less about me as a person, barely cares about me as a patient. And if that's not how he sees it, he has a poor job of showing it

Working with him for a year and a half I KNOW his bedside manner lacks and he can present as distant. I also KNOW that he is fully commited to diagnosing and treating his patients with utmost accuracy considering symptoms and complaints long after the patient has left. He may not be the most likeable doctor but his dedication to treating each if his patients is infallible. He is not your friend but he is your doctor. He is very learned and dedicated to to being informed.

Dr. Argento needs to read his oath again. I have begged for help with not even a reply for 3 days

I emailed him for help I needed meds due to death and a divorce . He never took time to even answer me

My husband, James Ferguson, visited Dr Argento on Aug 15th, 2018. Dr Argento's diagnosis was that he needed an antidepressant. He had ordered a blood test , looked at it and said he was slightly anemic. I had to call his office 3 times to get him to let us come in and be seen. On Aug 16th, the day after seeing Dr Argento, James was admitted to Integris in Okla City in the ER and spent 8 days there, finding out he had had 15 strokes in 10 days and also had liver/esophageal cancer. He passed away Sept 11, 2018. I am not saying Dr Argento could have saved his life, but offering antidepressant drugs as the only diagnosis was shameful. In my opinion, that should have been prescribed after checking out many other things. I didn't feel like he cared about us at all.

Got dr. Argento, needed new primary doctor plus I need Argento to recommend a new pain management dr. At first appointment with him he want me to get blood test and my an appointment for 6 moths, did not even send reminder and the dr. he sent me to for pain only gives shot's and then he is only there on thursday's,WHAT!? And u only get two shots that did not work. Worst nightmare I ever had.

Dr Argento is one of the few Doctors that I have found that will listen, explain clearly, and take your advice or opinion. Very good and excellent primary care physician. Staff is professional, friendly and helpful.

Don't question him about anything he says or you will be made to look stupid.

Dr. Argento was recommended to us after our previous doctor left Warren Clinic and moved to far away for our needs. We liked the idea that the Urgent Care was directly affiliated with his practice. We really like Dr. Argento. He has a gentle demeanor, and a great beside manner. He has a sharp medical acumen, and with my complicated case, that's extremely helpful. He treats patients as he'd want to be treated if he had a drawn out illness: compassionate care, sharp mind, and steers clear of "the doctor ALWAYS knows the best" sort of mentality. Although I deplore have a complicated medical file, so far I feel that I've made the best choice in an internal medicine doctor.

I saw this primary care physician for my insomnia and he gave me ambien and it has been somewhat helpful in me getting a bit more rest despite all my anxiety.
