Dr. Angelo Edward Canonico, MD

Dr. Canonico, my pulmonologist for 15 years, and his staff were always professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to alleviating my COPD symptoms. Dr. Canonico was caring and encouraging, providing me with pulmonary rehabilitation and the latest COPD medications. I truly appreciate his support.

Do not go to this physician, He is not a patient centered physician. His staff did not even acknowledge me when I came in. Person giving the breathing test, used unprofessional familiarity example Honey, Sweety, etc. The Doctor was only interested in getting cpap customers and did not want to help me. Did not tell me what my test stated, brough an inhaler in and did not explain what if was for. Gave a 2 week supply, but was scheduled a telamed visit in 3 weeks. He was blunt to say the least about my weight, Not encouraging at all. When I called to complain about my treatment, I got a certified letter from him that stated he had Terminated me a a patient. Should have apologized but not him. And that no other physician in his practice would take me as a patient. I would not go to any of them , if hell froze over.

He is a very good lung doctor . We have used him for years and hadn’t seen them in 10yrs until today , I couldn’t believe that not only him but his nurses remembered us. I checked in and was called back before I even got sat down. I like the way he stays on top of things, making sure you get all the test needed . When we were here the first time we were told my husbands lung was full of cancer by our home town doctor . But when we got here he didn’t want us to think the worse until he had done all the test. It turned out to be a lung infection instead of cancer but within a month he had him cleared up . He checked him out for months to follow up to make sure it was completely gone. It has been ten yrs now and he is doing great. They also have a good policy to work you in if needed. I would rate him and his team a 10 plus . THE BEST

detached attitude absolutely lacks genuine caring and concern his front office people are as cold as ice and treat patients like hope she is enjoying her cattle never saw a smile cross little miss behind the glass ltps

The Doctor is a saint, he laughed with our family and cried with us as well. He is a doctor for all the right reasons.

He saved my life. I'm a nurse and I think he's the best MD in this area.
