I would not return here nor would I recommend anyone go here. Not only did the nurse take my blood pressure incorrectly, but I waited 1.5 hours for less than a 5 minute meeting with the doctor who sped in and out and could care less about what I came in for or what I needed. As the nurse took my blood pressure, she let ALL of the air out of the machine! By doing this, she not only misread my blood pressure, but she also clearly had poor experience. She told me my blood pressure was 101/40 (the bottom number begins at about 40, so either I am dead or she incorrectly took my blood pressure, I'll let you decide). Additionally, she told me that this was NORMAL, which it absolutely is not. The staff is poorly trained, the bedside manner is horrendous, and the waiting time is out of this world. I regret ever coming to this health center and would warn everyone to go somewhere else, perhaps a clinic that cares about you or can at least take your blood pressure correctly.

I see a lot of people leaving bad reviews and feel like people only take the time to leave reviews when they're upset about something, so I'd like to counter that. Dr. Angie Li and the N.P. that I've visited over the past 4 years have been so great to me, especially concerning my genetic leanings toward ovarian issues. They have followed through with trying to get me the tests I need and working through different types of birth control. The only downside is the wait time. To note, the reception staff isn't mean - they've actually held it together pretty well when moody pregnant patients ran out of patience and threw fits - but I can see how they'd come off as cold. All I can say is it's NY...
