Dr. Anh Nguyet Chau

I liked dr chau, she was accommodating to my first visit as far as doing a full physical, I didn't feel rushed, she answered my questions and hope to have her as my full time physician going forward. Office staff was great

Awesome Doc

I have nothing but good things to say about all aspects of being a patient of Dr Chau. Getting an appointment is easy, with no long wait in the office. She listens to me, and has always helped me with my concerns.

Health FIrst needs another doctor in that office. I get much better care at the HF walk-in clinic that is in the same building than I do from Dr. Chau, who is supposed to be my primary care doc. Looking for a new pc doctor now.

Not able to think out side the box.. Two months later still waiting for her referral to infectious disease specialist. Only good for writing prescriptions for high blood pressure. Office staff is only following her condescending methods.

I am a former patient of Dr. Chau's in Longwood.In 2005,I told her the bottoms of both feet were swollen and it was too painful to walk properly,and my fingers were swollen.I was then 65 yrs old. I took a blood test, she said nothing showed.She told me my swollen feet was (forgot name) Syndrome and my painfully swollen fingers,both hands, was just osteoarthritis, same as her mothers, and dismissed me with a wave of her hand,with contempt. This went on for months and I asked her if I should see a Rheumatologist. She emphatically said NO, the blood test was negative for anything. Meanwhile,I developed psorasis on both elbows,first time in my life.I was tiptoeing around,couldnt put my weight on my feet,couldnt hold the steering wheel of car. I called a Rheumatologist in my area, he took one look at my hands,feet,elbows, said I had Psoriatic Arthritis,possibly mixed with Rheumatoid.He asked me why I waited so long to contact a Rheumatologist and I told him Chau said I didnt need to,he said… the sooner treatment is begun for my disease,the better. I lost six months with Chau.He had extensive bloodwork done (more than Chau did) proving his diagnosis. Immediately started treatment with Humira -Methotrexate.Three days later, the inflammation and psoriasis was GONE. I am still under treatment,will be till I die. Dr.Chau made me suffer needlessly and dismissed my suggestion that I see another doctor.She is an arrogant and unsympathetic , should not be a doctor
