Terrible el servicio , para hacerte un refill aunque sea de hipertension te hacen llegar a la clinica te hacen esperar casi 3 horaz te meten a un cuarto u te dejan esperando como 2 horas. Falta de respeto Igual si te van a dar resultado de examenes solo para cobrarle al seguro. Y aparte de eso quienes te atienden son enfermeras no doctoras.. terriiiiiible

Dr. Rossel really pays attention and care for his patients, highly recommend him! The wait may be long but it is definitely worth it because you want a provider that cares for his patients not a provider that is in and out in seconds.

Just always a horrible experience

Wait time is ridiculous at least an hour in the waiting room and another hour in the room

Great Doctor, really cares, takes his time with patients, not in-and-out like assembly line doctors

Have appointment for 9am?, expect to be called in at 10:30. Wait time is extremely long, even for basic follow up. Staff is there, can be way better. Have $$ in your HCA??, expect to pay co-pay before you see the Dr. My insurance said I shouldn't be paying copay that's what my HCA acccount is for. They owe me the money back, good luck to me. I went as far as telling them I didn't have insurance trying to pay cash and then submitting a claim. Hoping I wouldn't be charged $175.00 again. They charge $175.00 for consultation even for follow up. (I heard her tell patients consultation is $125 - $230) When the next patient walked in, said no insurance the girl said it's $75 for consultation. They charge what they want. More if you have insurance. I don't recommend this place. Dr. Rossel is great, but not enough to come back in. Looking for a new provider.

I have had good experiences with him and will continue to go back. He listens and does not try to rush you out. He is a real nice man.I have had stomach issues for many years that were never solved. When I saw him he gave me antibiotics that actually worked for me.I will definately give him credit.

The wait time was unacceptable, Over an hour wait with an appointment. Had some blood work done so i asked for an appointment a 2 weeks later to go over the results, then it got moved an extra week because the doctor wasnt going to be in town. Then a day before my rescheduled appointment i get a phone call saying he wasn't going to be able to make the appointment. I am never going back, ( not even for my results) it was a bad experience , i don't know how he stays in business.

He listens when yuou are telling something, makes you feel you are important, excellent bedside manners, and most of all has helped me many times to get well when I was sick.

Don't like to much the waiting time even if you have an appointment it takes a long time for patients to be seen . He may wanted get another Doctor so they could move a little faster.Although he is great.
