Dr. Anietie Edet Okon, MD

Anietie Okon, MD is a board certified radiologist serving patients of Marshall Medical Center and Marshall imaging offices. His scope includes interpretation of all aspects of diagnostic imaging studies, including X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound and nuclear medicine/PET, and performing imaging-guided procedures, including biopsies. He works closely with primary and specialty physicians to effectively diagnose conditions detectable by imaging tests. Dr. Okon earned his medical degree at University of Tennessee College of Medicine and completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine. He went on to complete a Fellowship in Musculoskeletal Imaging at the same institution, where he obtained additional training in orthopedic and rheumatologic imaging, and needle procedures for back pain. Dr. Okon enjoys family time with his wife and young daughter, and also pursues reading and music in his leisure time.
