Dr jail is without doubt the best kidney dr in the state.Always kind and caring.Always on time and always has a smile.

I called to make an appointment for Saturday as there was critical issue but no one picked the call as their phone system was down for 3 days, I went there as I wasn't getting appointment for any other Neph .Pathetic service ,same review for doctor

Is horrible to his office staff. Reprimands them in front of just a few patients to as many as 15 in his office. Told me I was just 1 step from dialysis. Second visit, looked at all the test results , shuffled his paper work and said everything looks good. I said wait a minute last visit you practically had me on dialysis and this time "everything looks good!" He wanted to know if I had a problem with that and I said absolutely - I won't be back. Please forward my file to another nephrologist of my choice and he said "no". Eventually he did as I requested and everything is going fine. I do feel sorry for the way he handles his staff.

Rude to his staff in front of patients, always late to his patients appointments, and not a very good bedside manner!

I was very sick patient waiting in his waiting room a long time to see the doctor because he made me follow up with him from the hospital. After waiting to see him the doctor he runs in out of my appointment making me feel not important! He answered his cell phone while talking with me. I did not understand what he was saying both in English and medical terms. I was told schedule another appointmen, but for what? I will not follow up with this doctor.

Shame on this office! Poor poor poor performance. My heart breaks for all of his patients, they look so ill and are so disrespected by this Doctor and staff.The wait is over 2 hours+ because the Doctor is always late!

I have gone to Dr Jain 1 time thus far. He was very very knowledgeable in the field. I came from another doctor and brought a years worth of notes with me. I was impressed with the fact that he was not rushed and took the time to go over my medical history. I scheduled my next appointment with him in 6 months but I am also going to see one more doctor just to be sure Dr Jain and I am a good fit. Thanks to all that take the time to post

Is not prepared to talk about your case, reads as you are talking, not listening, makes you feel like .....?

Introduced to doctor in hospital. Said my regular doctor wasn't "qualified" to take care of me, lied to my doctor said he din't say that, even denied ever seeing me in hospital. Seems like trying to take patients away from other doctors. NOT IMPRESSED
