Dr. Anil Om, MD

I had my first heart attack without any signs. I was transferred to McLeod Health in Florence with no idea what to expect or who would be treating my symptoms. After discovering and treating two blockages, one 80% and one 100%, I had the privilege of meeting the man behind the scenes. Dr. Om was absolutely amazing! Not only is he a great physician, but he has the best personality, hands down. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a good cardiologist. Dennis Stamey Proud Patient

Just had three blockages cleared and stints installed. New to the area so I had no doctor yet so when I had a "mild" heart attack I ended up with DR. Om. Think I got lucky both because there was no damage to the heart muscle and because I ended up with DR. Om. He is direct and told me things I guess I already knew (diet,weight,etc.), but I think he did a great job on the procedure. Now I have to do mine. A few people may not like his direct approach, but it works for me.

Would see no one else, he doesn't go overboard but doesn't leave anything to chance. His with you and your his only pt at that moment. Never had a doctor before that pops in with a quick hi while your waiting to be seen, beats sitting in the room waiting and wondering. Always busy but the wait is fast the visit last as long as you need it to.

I am very particular about my Doctors. I have been with Dr. Om for eight years. He has saved my life twice. All Doctors should have the excellent bedside manner and professional skills that this physician has. The wait time in the office may take a while some times, but I know he is saving a life some where in the hospital.

Dr. Om just did a procedure on my grand father yesterday . He is the man. Other doctors said that there was nothing they could do for his heart, they told him to go home but Dr. Om told my grandfather that he woul fix him and that is what he did. Thanks Dr.Om for what you did for my family.
