Aninda B Acharya, MD

Dr. Acharya is a world-class neurologist. He quickly diagnosed my hiusband with a disease called frontotemporal dementia. Since the diagnosis, I've read many accounts of desperate husbands and wives who finally reach the point of going to see so-called health professionals, only to see their concerns dismissed, and accused of overreacting because their spouse rises to the occasion during the doctor visit, but Dr. Acharya wasn't fooled. Thank you, St. Louis University Hospital, for agreeing to see my husband without a doctor's referral, unlike other hospitals in our area. It took everything I had to get my husband to go to you.

Dr. Aninda Acharya is a very caring, approachable doctor. He spends time with you and is thorough. He personally calls you back when you call him with a concern.
