I have auto immune liver disease non alcohol related. My doctor, Fernando Membrano at the Texas liver transplant hospital in San Antonio is my doctor. I come to Resolute Health hospital in New Braunfels weekly for my parasenthesis procedure to remove fluid from my body cavity. On Tuesday, my blood pressure dropped a little as it always does. The radiologist wanted to admit me for obversation until my blood pressure came back to its normal reading. Mistakenly, I agreed thinking it would be a couple of hours. On Wednesday morning my blood pressure was back to normal for me. I should have been dismissed that morning. Next thing I know is this doctor who is only a GP thinks that she knows everything and more than my liver doctors and because my white blood count was elevated she sent me to ICU. It's Friday afternoon and she still will not dismiss me and I am walking up and down the halls, and no reason whatsoever for me to be here. I believe that this is Medicare fraud at its… worse. Nothing else makes any sense.
