Dr Gopalani is like non-other. She truly is deserving of higher ratings. I almost wish she was a primary doctor as well as pain management. Dr Gopalani has a heart of GOLD. She is caring and listens to every detail. We are blessed to have found her. She has taken care of my husband like a family member. Her staff is equally as caring. I can tell it’s what she expects of her employees- only the best. At the end of the day it’s a reflexión Dr. Gopalani. We love you Dr. God bless! Molly and Manny

I had experienced debilitating back pain for the last 3 years and it totally diminished my quality of life. I was pretty much ready to accept the fact that this was how I would live the rest of my life, after several unsuccessful forms of treatment. My whole world changed when I was referred to Dr Gopilani. Her methodical approach to getting me pain free started with her listening to me as a patient. She studied my medical history and then discussed my options without making me feel rushed or pressured. Dr Gopilani is an amazing doctor with an absolutely amazing staff. They greet you with a smile and treat you with dignity and respect. I am thankful to Dr Gopilani and her staff for the best patient experience ever and getting me back to living a pain free life.

Dr. Gopalani is so compassionate and uses her cutting edge technology to treat each patients pain individually. She has made such a difference in my life and I’m eternally grateful to have found her.

My initial visit with Dr. Gopalani was good. She told me she could help me with my pain by giving me injections, instead of surgery. They made an appointment for me. I was not told when the appointment was made that I was not allowed to drink anything after midnight the night before. My first injection appointment was 11 am and I didn't know I couldn't even drink water. Once I got into their surgery room, all those employees were awesome. The anesthesiologist was awesome and there was no pain at all. Very professional. I can't say the same for the follow-up visit? I had a follow-up appointment for 1:30 pm. When I got there, the entire waiting room was full. I signed in and sat and sat. I went up to the window and asked twice if they forgot me because people who came in after me were being called in. The second time I went to the window to ask what was taking so long, the receptionist told me that those patients were new and where there to see the doctor. I would think if… I had a follow-up visit for 1:30 pm, that is when I should have been called. The follow-up visit was shorter than the new patients coming. At 2:35 pm, I went to the window again and I saw my name on the list. It was exactly where it was when I signed in. There were 2 names ahead of me, but many other people were called back. I asked how much longer I would have to wait and she told me she would check to see how much longer. When she came back, she told me all the rooms were full, but that I would be the next one when a room became available. This was 2:40 pm and I figured I would have another long waiting time in the back. At that point I left. This was a very POOR follow-up procedure. Also, I did not know that Dr. Gopalani was only in Conroe one day a week. Was that the problem? Trying to get too many people in and not following the appointment schedule? I was supposed to make another appointment for more injections, but I just could NOT GO BACK. My time is just as valuable as theirs. No one should have to wait over an hour for a follow-up visit. I will never go back there. I hope Dr. Gopalani gets to see this. I'm not sure she knew what went on in the waiting room. I don't think she would approve. Those girls up front were not very friendly either. Yes, I was upset, but who wouldn't be. The shots were amazing, but the follow-up is TERRIBLE. Something needs to be done about waiting time. This visit should have taken very little time as compared to a new patient.

Dr. G. is great however, you can never get through to their office and have to leave a message. They say they will call you back the next business day but I have been trying to get in touch with them for 3 days now and no response. I was there 3 weeks ago and they were to get authorization from Humana for a procedure. I called Humana today and they have not received any request for authorization! When someone is in pain this is unacceptable. They either need to fire some of their staff or get more staff to get help for their patients and ANSWER THEIR PHONE OR CALL SOMEONE BACK!!!! JUST HORRIBLE!!!

I HAVE BEEN SEEING DR. GOPALANI FOR SEVERAL YEARS. SHE IS COMPASSIONATE AND I REALLY APPRECIATE THAT.

At every visit Dr Gopalani is ALWAYS late!!!

The only good thing about this place is the front office staff. Very friendly and pleasant. Dr. Gopalani so snotty rude and acts like she is only out for herself only!

Extremely caring and concerned about her patients. She goes above and beyond for her patients.
