Dr. Anisha Vakil Waxali, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Waxali since I have switched from a pediatrician. She treats most of my family. She will always help you understand what is going on with your body and thoroughly explains why you feel the way you do. She is very patient and kind and responsive. Offers telehealth visits and is accessible whenever you need her.

Dr listens and explains everything very well. Her staff is the worse! I don't know whats worse their incompetence or their total lack of empathy. I guess it doesn't matter because i don't want my healthcare handled by either.

awful office staff and very disheartening experience, MD was on the phone texting while in the room for my exam, a well woman at that, she did apologize, but rushed out of the room, I felt like my concerns and care were very insufficient, since apt I have had nothing but issues with billing and getting my medications since. Very bad experience and I am changing primary MDs

Pretty bad when the staff rolls their eyes behind the doctors back when she asks them to do something and turns to see another patient

I've been a patient for more than two years and I've been impressed with Dr. Waxali's willingness to listen to me and develop treatment options that meet my goals.

Best ever doctor. Courteous, concerned, clear, and very easy to get appointments. Always calls back to check on you.

Horrible. The front desk staff is awful. My appointment was at 2.30. I came here at 2.15. Now it's 4.00 pm. Still waiting in the waiting room for the doctor . Already a wait for 1 hr 30 mnts. I must have gone through the reviews earlier. I did not get a chance for that and now the reviews in site seems 100 % right . Haven't seen the doctor yet.

WARNING. This doctor is TERRIBLE. I should have read these reviews more carefully. I should have paid close attention. But I thought, it's just people complaining about wait times. It will be fine. Boy, was I wrong. Going to see this doctor has caused me so much STRESS I can't even begin to list all the problems. Very unprofessional staff and doctor. Waxali just wants to make money. She is a disgrace to her profession. I have never had such a bad experience with a doctor in my life! Do not even consider going to see this person.

If I had read these reviews I wouldn't have chosen this dr. We have so many complaints I need to list them. Appointments-they will call and cancel your appointment or you go there and they don't have on the schedule even when you have the appointment card they filled out. Referrals what is that to them? They will never submit one. You will never get to see specialist. Office staff is one of the unprofessional staff I have ever seen. I need a proscription refilled, went in, I had to pay a co-pay just for the proscription. I will never go back to that office again. The reason I'm on this website is looking for new dr.
