The Worst. Doesn't care about what the patient or parent wants. They are the snootiest group you could ever meet besides a few nice girls that don't seem to stay there. The receptionist tells a patient to use fingernail clippers to fix her own braces rather than have her come in. ( Cause that is sanitary ) The treatment of my child was the Most Despicable thing we have experienced at an office!!!! She actually wanted my child to pull her baby tooth out to punish her for not wanting an "expander" and questioned my parenting. Right there, with a room full of people even though she promised they don't pull teeth there. She was mad at us because on the second set of braces, yes Second , my child could not eat with the "expander". My child couldn't speak or eat. Meanwhile, this young man is gagging while we are being berated and she clearly had a problem with us. She Does want to pull teeth - trust that. I could go on but I will save it. Seriously, the Worst. And now I have… to find another orthodontist to repair whatever it is she has done already. She was so mean to us that I had to tell my daughter to get up and let's go. With all of these braces in her mouth.
