Worst place in San Fernando Valley, I am gonna change this horrible place because my wife never see Dr Anita, every time there is a new doctor and really bad service and rude people. Every time wait for 2 weeks for appointment. HORRIBLE PLACE.

Horrible doctor with a equally horrible stuff. doctor never answered any of my questions properly just told me that she would referred me to all these specialist. so they can find out what wrong with me.... as my PCP, I believe that is your job. the staff is so rude!!! only answers you with one word.

My 84-year-old mother is visiting from Mexico and has been traveling between Washington and Colorado states with some problems and complications in her health. Dr. Anita is been more than supporting from a distance to help us getting lab tests, giving diagnosis and prescriptions to take care of my mother. Dr. Anita is been very patience and compassion talking directly with my mother to explain details of her situation and options for her well recover.

Anita is a good doctor but her office staff cant seem to properly communicate with patients or their patient's pharmacy. Also staff is rude and unprofessional on the phone.

I am so disappointed with this clinic . I got to the clinic at 8:30 and by 11 o'clock i was still there . No organization at all . First of all they took me in and they didn't even have a room for my son . I waited 2 hours for the dr and never came in . The reception had a really bad attitude . Please don't take your kids here !!! As a mom you want the best for your kids they have no idea on what they are doing . Not a friendly clinic at all .

As a first time patient, I arrived early for my appointment and the receptionist took over 30 minutes to give me the paper work I needed to fill out. This was at 9am with only one patient in the waiting room. I shook it off. As I went inside the doctor didn't wash her hands or use the hand sanitizer when she greeted me. Who knows what other sick patient she was touching before she got there. The medical assistant had long fake nails with dirt under them and was not going to wear gloves when she came to take my vitals and draw blood. I grossed out when I saw the dirt under her nails and asked her to wear gloves. She was very bothered when I told her. Over all it was the worst experience I've ever had! Obviously never going back.

Not a very friendly doctor. Can be quite strong with her words.

Dr. Gonzalez was a very nice doctor, but I would never go back to Clinica Medica ABC again. They are crooks! They never called me back for my test results,a week and a half later I had to called them multiple times. They refused to tell me anything over the phone and insisted that I had to come in for a consultation with the doctor. I was so worried, and waited a week for my next appointment only for them to make me pay a $15 co-pay, it wasn't required at my first visit, so I thought it was weird. At this point I'm terrified because I'm thinking there's something wrong with me and that they would be consulting me on what to do next. But no, I went through all of that drama and stress, wasted $15 for her to tell me that everything is perfectly normal. I left livid and am now warning all that are inquiring or thinking about coming to this clinic to beware of the obstacles that you might face when coming to this clinic. Do your research!!!! and Good luck to all.

I was assigned this Dr. and was a little skeptical at first, but she has taken excellent care of my 2 boys. She is caring, and knowledgeable. Her staff is very friendly and easy to work with. I can almost always get an appointment the same day I call when my kids are sick. The office is very clean and not overcrowded. Great overall experience.
