Great doctor !

Uncaring and incompetent

Dr. Gupta is a good doctor. Very busy, takes calls during my appointments at times. But, when she is allowed to focus on me, I feel well cared for, and I trust her opinion. She tells me the truth even if I don't like it. But, that is what your doctor should do, tell the truth, and be honest with patients. The only thing I did not appreciate was I had difficulty one day with her staff, I had called the office first thing in the am, and they called me back over 4 hours later. I missed the call and ended up in the emergency room. I called the staff person the next day a bit upset about my experience with them, and told them that was irresponsible in their part waitng so long to get back to a patient in need. On my next visit the doctor began my appointment by yelling at me, she scold me about blaming her staff the way I did. She did not even ask me what had happened...not very fair. I felt like a five year old. But she's a pretty good doctor, so got over it. ;0) I learned my lesson.

I really feel such a great sense of comfort with Dr. Gupta, she takes time to discuss all of my concerns, answers my questions and refers me to other great providers to suit my needs. She is thorough and seems well organized.

Dr Gupta has a nice manner, and she listens to the patient.
