Dr. Anita Louise Jackson, MD

I went in for a sinus infection, and she tells me that I need a sinus surgery so she then starts to numb my sinuses. She stays gone for a long period of time and when she returns just leads me for this last minute surgery in her office. I refuse this procedure and at that point I could tell she was irritated. Do not visit this office horrible!!! She talks on her cell phone and just brushed my questions aside!

No...took to long to see this...pt had a 2:15 appointment and did not see doctor until around 7:00pm...this is no way consider professional

She's an awesome doctor in every aspects...

The time waiting is too long but when one finally gets seen, Dr. Jackson takes as long as she needs and listens if you suggest any of your problems and take your time to explain.She does necessary testing and follow-up. I like her.

I started having ear infections and went to see Dr. Jackson. She put tubes in my ears in August. I could hear a little out of one ear after the surgery and the other ear tube was clogged. I went for my follow up were she put in one drops for my clogged tube. The next week when I went in one of the tubes fell out and the other tube was still clogged so again surgery. When she was talking to me she was also talking on her cell phone which happened every time I went in for a visit. I was going to have ear tube surgery in just a few days again. I went in to the hospital and was told I also was going to have sinus surgery which she never talked to me about. I did talk to her about it before the surgery and I also had it done. I went for my follow up appointment and I told her I still could not hear out of my left ear she said my tube was clogged cleaned it and I had test done after my test it showed I had no hearing in my left ear at all. I asked to see her she was gone. PLEASE do not use… this DR she stays on her cell phone you are not important to her she never calls your medication in! I went to another ENT and in 5 min. I know that both of my tubes do not work because they were not put in correct!

Most horrible experience I have had visiting a doctor. I waited a long time in waiting area, then in room. She spent less than 5 mins, rushed my questions, brushed them aside, ordered tests and never returned with results or diagnosis. Her staff then told me she was no longer in the building. Very unprofessional. Will not recommend her even if on your death bed.
