Dr. Anita Kishen, MD

Everyone seemed nice the first time I had gone there. I didn’t like that there were maybe 3 nurses coming in and out of our room. I figured I’d give them another chance. 2 weeks to get a simple prescription sent which ended up being an error on the offices end. A simple error on their end and they lost a patient(s). So unhappy with how the situation was handled. Nearly impossible to get a hold of someone, whether it be returning of emails/phone calls.

Every visit was a nightmare, happy that we do not visit the doctor any more

Can I give no stars?? That’s what this office of inadequate staff deserves. I should have known better then to give them a second shot when the first thing the doctor said to me and my son was do you need a nutritionist. Jeez lady how about working on your bedside manner. They lost 5 packages of paperwork that needed to be filled out for school sports, that I had personally dropped off to the girl at the front desk. When I called a week later I was told they couldn’t find them and they insinuated that it was never left for them. They told me they didn’t have records from the previous doctor but never followed up in 4 months that we were her patient to obtain them. The assistants are rude and unprofessional. And when I bought that to Dr Kishen’s attention she basically told me I was lying.

I’ve taken my son there for the first time as a new patient, the staff was not welcoming nor was the doctor. I was under the impression I was seeing Dr. A Kishen upon arrive staff did not indicate I was not seeing Dr. Kishen the doctor I did see was very discouraging about my extending breast-feeding in my 23 month old asked more than once about what baby food he ate when I indicated he does not eat baby food kept asking about whole milk when I said he does not drink cow milk nor ever had formula .Then the Dr. asked again why was I breast feeding, I will not take him there again!

The staff seemed nice but as a first patient my son had 'croup' I didn't even fill out paperwork and instantly they started shoving a neaubalizer in his face,as he's kicking and screaming remind you he's 11 months and terrified.than in the middle I had to get him undressed and weighed as he's still panicking, than back to shoving his face in the neaubalizer than I see the doctor coming in with a needle..nothing is being explained to me as they are talking amongst themselves. Than the doctor leaves comes back to tell me they're calling an ambulance because of his breathing and he's not calming down...first my child's not calm because of how rough they were in the five mins we were there,him screaming because he has no idea what's going on?! And now an ambulance has to be called? As a mother im terrified because nothing's being said to me and than I hear this? But as soon as I grabbed my child and walked out he calmed down and was able to breathe. Not to mention as long as they had te… neaubalizer he started foaming.... It was unprofessional,scary, and my baby is terrified. I took him to te hospital on my own where there he had no problem but this place I would never ever go back to because of how they rushed rushed rushed and having him kick and scream and than telling me my son could die?!? Although I had flipped out because I was scared they didn't have the courtesy to call to check on him. UNBELIEVABLE

Dr Kishen is just awesome! ALWAYS recommending her, her staff is fabulous and very nice

She used to be good, not anymore. Also, unprofessional irresponsible staff. Not the worse kind, but not good either. I would go with a more professional practice.

Rude, talks down to you. Told us her advice was different because she's the best

Dr Kishen needs to educate her staff as to how to deal with patients especially children.They are very unprofessional and always have an attitude when you call.The wait time even if you have an appointment is unbelievable,i am changing to another practice which will treat my son and i with respect.

The doctor is a bit unprofessioanl. Makes you wait despite an appointment. And won't even write script on time. Just running after money.
