Dr. Anita Kundra, MD

I have spent weeks trying to connect with this doctor's office. You call, they don't answer. Finally got someone to answer and was hung up on 11 seconds in. Called back finally get an answer and was out on hold for 12 minutes. I hung up. Called back and asked for someone who could answer my questions and was out on hold again for another five minutes before hanging up myself again. Have called back five times since then and they don't answer or disconnect the call without answering. This doctor may be the best doctor in the world but if she allows her lazy, incompetent staff to treat potential patients in this manner you have to question whether she's aware of how her practice is run and her competency.

erin is the only staff member she is great runs the whole office by her self.erin is the nicest person and very friendly.i have been seeing dr anita for years great doctor..she just needs sometime to get use too dr anita kundra can seem cold at first just give her some time.

SHE LISTENS

I made an appointment and when I got there the receptionist didn't even know what I was talking about. My appointment had never been put on the schedule. When I saw the doctor she was rude. She told me she didn't like having patients on Medicare because they had too many health problems. I was insulted. Health problems are what keeps her business going. She then forgot to print one of my prescriptions and proceeded to make sure I knew that it was my own fault. I'm all done here. Not going back.

went here as a new patient.....was told I couldnt get refills on my meds I have been on for years!! wanted to change meds that I have been on for years....Did not like this at all!!! Receptionist was rude..couldnt even understand her accent. And someone in the office decided to keep my cell phone when It fell out of my pocket!! just seems like a shady dr office overall. also LONG wait and no ther patients were even there!

My main issue is how she handles the insurance. I have year round sinus issues but she keeps asking me to come in every two months for a "check-up." Sometimes they charge me the co-pay sometimes they don't. Now I have a collector calling me for $30... really. But even the collections lady says this account is crazy because they have in notes that they gave me a refund of $5 on the same day.

I have gone to Dr Kundra for over 15 years. She has never disappointed me with her knowledge, listening skills and attention to details. She is very thorough and stays on top of my health related problems. She spends time with me and goes over my meds and conditions each time I see her which is about every 3 to 6 months.

over all very BAD! She doesn't CARE, She made a BIG mistake trying to be a doctor.
