Dr. Anita Mehta, MD, joined The GW Medical Faculty Associates in September 2015. She completed her radiology residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York and then pursued sub-specialty training in both Breast Imaging and Pediatric Radiology. At GW, she currently serves at the assistant program director to the residency program and is an active member of the Clinical Competency Committee. Her research interests include clinical uses of elastography and high risk breast lesions. Dr. Mehta has been a faculty speaker at many recent breast imaging courses including Breast Imaging in the Nation's Capital, the Mount Sinai Breast Imaging Update and categorical courses for the American Institute for Radiologic Pathology.
