Dr. Anita M Milici, DDS

Anita M. Milici, DMD earned her dental degree at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. Prior to attending Penn, Dr. Milici began her dental career as a Registered Dental Hygienist. A graduate of the Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, Anita practiced dental hygiene in her home state of Connecticut while pursuing her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the University of Bridgeport.
Upon graduation from Penn’s School of Dental Medicine in 1990, Dr. Milici continued post-doctoral studies as the first woman admitted to Penn’s Periodontal Prosthesis Program.   Graduating in 1993 from the program with a dual specialty in Periodontics and Prosthodontics, Dr. Milici then completed her training at Penn with a Branemark fellowship in implantology.
Dr. Milici is highly accomplished in cosmetic dentistry and periodontal procedures. She is certified in advanced laser dentistry for treating periodontal disease and has …extensive training in periodontal plastic surgery using the latest techniques.
In her free time, Dr Milici enjoys entertaining family and friends, fitness training, swimming and spending time in her garden. An avid gardener, she grows a wide variety of flowers with a special affection for daffodils, peonies and iris. She and her husband, Frank, make their home in Broomall with their two children, Francesca and Giovanni Matarazzo.
