I am Hispanic, can speak and understand English moderately well. She kept asking me "why I are you so fat?", when she could've taken a second to actually look at my records to see I've lost significant weight this year. But she was just making judgement calls, very unprofessional tone, and was demanding me for my prescription bottles and getting upset at me for not having them. I finally worked up the courage to remind her, that the prescriptions were listen on my medical records in front of her, and if she didn't see them, I could pick them up from downstairs. That's when she finally realized that because I may not speak perfect English, that does not mean she could belittle me, and she changed her tone afterwards.
