There should be another symbol below 1 Star, and that is how I would rate this person about my visit. My skin issues are on my left ear and left side of my face has some discolorations. I saw the picture my husband took of the discoloration and that is the reason I agree to see a doctor. She came in and sat three foot away from me. She did stand up to look at the left side of my face, but from a foot away from me. She indicated what it is, did not ask any more questions to further understand my situation, and quickly prescribed the medication and left. I asked her assistant nurse about the medication and also asked to have the inside of my ear to be checked. She returned and again, stood a foot away from me and said the inside of my ear is fine. She must have x-ray vision then! No bedside manner to me and I felt rushed! The total time was probably 10 minutes the most?!

Dr. Shetty is an incredible doctor. Her attention to detail, patience with all ages (she has seen my infant, young child, and father in law), and ability to explain medical conditions in laymen terms all combine into one of the best medical experiences I've had. She is well read and keeps up with the latest in her industry. I feel lucky to have stumbled across her via an enthusiastic referral from a coworker.

Overall happy with the experience today both Dr Shetty and Sheena were very personable and helpful. Thank You!
