terrible experience

What I should have done is to read the reviews before coming to this doctor. This was a wellness exam. The office was nice, the staff was efficient, yet not very friendly. The wait was pretty typical. The visit itself was strange. Instead of giving me a gown, she just had me pull down my underwear and barely examined me. Because of the double mask she was wearing, I couldn't understand anything she was saying. She gave me a prescription, paperwork for having some labs done, and an appointment for a couple of weeks. When I asked when I could pick up my prescription, the office told me she doesn't send them to the pharmacy until the end of the day. I agree with the other reviewers that she does not appear to have much interest in her patients and has a deplorable bedside manner. I'm looking for a replacement and glad I found out sooner rather than later.

Do not choose this Doctor! Choose anyone else but her. I have a prescription I have been taking for over 5 years with my last doctor. Always got my refills no problem. I switched to Blue shield and gave me Doctor Siva. During the pandemic they cancelled my appointment and said I was a no show. I never cancel my appointments they are too important. But they say I was a no show and refuse to refill my medication over a system error. System error or not I would think my condition and my prescription would be far more important than a system error. Nope they are adiment in saying I'm wrong and the doctor just flat out refuses to give me a simple refill. Time to switch PCP's, she clearly looks for technicalities to not serve her patients. Stay away she is not caring at all.

I was a new patient, coming in with some health concerns and she did the most basic blood tests and said I was fine. My labs were actually not all normal (and I am a person who has been very healthy my whole life and rarely had any test come back abnormal), but did no further tests or follow-up. Wanted to prescribe a few medications to treat symptoms, but not take the time to find the cause, even though I told her I am nursing a baby and am not one who is quick to take medications unless they are absolutely necessary. She did not listen nor did she seem to care. She has a terrible bedside manner, and the office is uncomfortable and unprofessional. A weird little hole-in-the-wall office. I am very disappointed with her overall. Would not recommend her, nor would I ever go back to her.

I went here a couple times and each time it was obvious none if the staff or Dr. Siva cared about the patients. She never returns calls, wait is forever and she barely examines you but will charge for a bigger appointment. She also tries to get you to come back frequently for check backs on things that could be seen once or twice a year. If you have health issues do not go here. Her skills, bedside manner and knowledge are dangerously lacking . I wish I had read other reviews prior to going to this joke of an office. You are just a number.

Long wait, incompetent and rude staffs, and a doctor who dies not care at all.

Poor bedside manner, seems more interested in billing insurance than treating patients. ALWAYS a long wait, even when I am the first appointment of the morning or afternoon and the only patient there. The doctor makes it clear she feels her time is more important than yours. Lots of turnover of rude, incompetent office staff as well.
