Dr. Anita L Weisberger, MD

Dr. Weisberger is an awesome doctor and I trust her opinion on everything.

Dr W is amazing and spends so much time with her patients. I would recommend her and her colleagues to everyone!

I have been a patient for a year now. Was having severe pelvic pain and called to make an appt. Spoke to Cathy in the office and explained to her my situation. She said "Dr. Weisberger is booked the next couple of weeks, but I sympathize with people experiencing pain, let me see what I can do". She looked at the calendar and said "how about this, can you make this Friday at 10:15am. (I called on a Monday morning). I said 'Yes, I will take it. Beggars can't be choosers". I repeated what she said "this Friday at 10:15am" She said "yes this Friday". I thanked her tremendously and marked my calendar. Unfortunately, my pelvic pain got worse and I ended up in the ER at Christ Hosp. After many tests and a CT, they said they believed it was adhesions. They explained that they can be very painful. They recommended I see my Gyno. I said "luckily, I have an appt. this Friday". ER Doc said don't cancel it, keep that appt. Chances are, you are going to need a laparoscopy. Arrived today at 10:00 am… for my 10:15 appt. and was informed there was a mistake and it was for the 24th of March. I was in tears at that time with the pain and explained my conversation with Cathy and told them about my ER visit. They asked me to have a seat and they would get with me in a few. After speaking to Dr. Weisberger and her reading the ER results, Cathy came out and said... "Dr. Weisberger reviewed your ER visit and said that you don't have ovaries and you don't have a uterus, there really isn't anything she can do. You'll have to wait until next Friday." In tears, I listened to those words and it devastated me. Not only was I in pain, but I was basically being written off because I no longer had the key organs that meant anything to her. That is how I felt anyway. May not be the case, but in my mind, that is what I heard. She had a waiting area with 3 pregnant women and I guess they bring in more money than a woman with possible painful adhesions from a previous hysterectomy.

No follow up or diagnosis needed, annual check up.

I love love love Dr. Weisberger. I love everyone at the office. I would recommend this practice to any woman out there.
