Dr. Anita Daw-Rong Yang, DO

This is my Primary Care Physician. Because I had the audacity to be healthy for for the last couple years ,they kicked me out of their computer. When I finally needed to see my doctor, they told me I was now a new patient and they couldn't see me for at least 5 months. I guess they weren't making enough money off of me. What a joke.

I have been to her twice in 6 months and did not feel like she really listened. Once when I went for back pain she did not even do a full exam or check my strength. Luckily things got better. I have been dealing with abnormal thyroid levels requiring changes in meds. I keep telling the office my insurance requires 30 or 9 days rx but she keeps sending odd numbered rx. Now I am stuck with paying for meds out of pocket bc she did not follow insurance guidelines. She always wants you to come to go Over meds but I am only on one. You have to call office multiple times because forms and rx are never done correctly. I do not recommend doctor or staff. They are just in it for the money and they do not try and work with insurance so end up spending a lot of money.

Horrible service and customer relations by Dr. Yang and staff. I do NOT recommend utilizing her services.

I was about to give up on this office due to some of the carelessness of the doctors I had seen. Then I started seeing Dr. Yang and I am happy I did. She is just fantastic. I have seen her for a variety of different things and she is always FULL of knowledge and more than happy to share, elaborate, and make sure you understand. She is very thorough and takes the extra time with you if needed. She always has a smile on her face and seems happy and excited to be there. She takes your concerns seriously and always answers/treats with confidence so I really feel she is trustworthy. The other staff at this office is friendly, but i ALWAYS have to wait at LEAST 15 min for appointment and the phones always seem to be tied up when I try to call. I have had less than satisfactory experiences with other doctors at this practice. However, I will remain a patient because of Dr. Yang.
