As a Licensed Professional Counselor in AZ with over 15 years of experience working in the behavioral health field, I have been able to assist many individuals trying to “figure it out.” I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Trauma and Stress related disorders, as well as Substance Related disorders.
My counseling style is friendly and non-judgmental. My approach combines Client Centered practices, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused counseling. Everyone has their own unique journey and I hope to create a safe environment to explore that journey.
